At Mobilera.ae, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ 10-Day Check Warranty

• All mobiles (new and renewed) come with a 10-day check warranty.
• During this period, customers can return or exchange the product only if it is faulty, defective, or not as described.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories (charger, cable, box, etc.).

🚫 No Refund/Return Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Physical damage after delivery
• Water damage
• Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair of the device
• Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

💵 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
