✅ 10-Day Check Warranty
- All mobiles (new and renewed) come with a 10-day check warranty.
- During this period, customers can return or exchange the product only if it is faulty, defective, or not as described.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories (charger, cable, box, etc.).
🚫 No Refund/Return Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Water damage
- Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair of the device
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
💵 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
